Pick the buyer who pays in dollars.
Decide who in the US, UK, Canada, Europe or Australia pays for your skill and what problem they pay to solve.
You leave with a one-line offer that names that buyer and that problem.
The application portal is the slowest door in the building. The Dollar Offer Blueprint shows you where foreign companies hire that most applicants never check, how to get past the portal to the person who decides, and how to send a pitch built so yes is the easy answer.
You pay once. This is a pre-sale, and access opens on 10 December 2026. The launch price holds until the first 100 sales.

This is the second offer since I got that list to a fair enough place, I have another final interview tomorrow at 2.

"The materials really helped. While I was working, anytime I hit a roadblock I had a material to go to, to check what I could do and make my work more efficient. I'm even still using them now for the job applications I'm doing."
"I'm really exhausted with trainings that just give definitions, the benefits and the disadvantages. This was hands-on. Let's deal with it as though you've started a job as a product marketing person. This is a real life situation, this is how you should deal with it."

Earnings shown are mine, earned over several years of work. They are not typical and they are not a promise of what you will earn. See the full earnings disclaimer at the bottom of this page.
You can do the work. You have done it for clients in Lagos, for your employer, for friends who paid you small money because they trusted you. Your portfolio is not bad. Your CV has been rewritten so many times you know it by heart.
And still, nothing.
You apply on LinkedIn on Monday. You apply on Indeed on Tuesday. Your inbox fills with "We have received your application" and then goes quiet. Three weeks later a rejection comes from a no-reply address, or nothing comes at all.
The 25th is coming. Your last application still says "received."
If you freelance, it looks different but feels the same. Your local clients pay in naira, and the naira keeps losing value while your rate stays the same. On Upwork you send a proposal into a job post that already shows 50 or more proposals, and the buyer who replies wants the work for less than your rate.
Meanwhile your mates keep announcing foreign roles and dollar clients on X, and you start to wonder if they know something you don't.
They usually do. They know where to look.
When a remote job goes up on the big boards, a crowd sees it at the same time. Most of them apply through the same portal with the same kind of CV. Software often screens the pile before a person reads it, so the person who decides may never see your work.
Some of those companies also cannot hire in Nigeria at all. Payroll, tax and employment law can stop them, even when the post says "remote." You can send them the best application of your life and the answer will still be no, because the decision was made before you applied.
So more applications will not fix it. A better CV will not fix it either, when the right person never sees it.
If you can already do the work, the fix sits in where you look, who you reach and what you send. All three can be learned.
The Dollar Offer Blueprint is a self-paced video course with a private community and live group sessions with me every two weeks. It does not teach you a skill. It assumes you already have one, and it teaches you three things.
Dollar-paying clients and employers hire in places most applicants never check. LinkedIn, X, Indeed and Upwork are where the crowd applies. You get my map of the places beyond them, matched to your skill, and a way to tell a company that pays well and can hire you from one that will waste your week.
You learn how to get past the application portal and reach the people who can say yes, such as the founder, the hiring manager or the head of the department.
You learn one pitch that works on any platform. It is short, it points at a specific gap you found in the buyer's business, it shows proof that you have fixed that gap before, and it asks for one small next step. It is built so yes is the easy answer.
Then you run all three every week with a tracker and a 30-day plan, so you stop starting from zero each Monday.
Every module ends with one assignment. You finish it before you move on, so by the end you have a working system you have already used.
Decide who in the US, UK, Canada, Europe or Australia pays for your skill and what problem they pay to solve.
You leave with a one-line offer that names that buyer and that problem.
The places dollar-paying clients and employers hire that most applicants never check, what each one pays, who it suits and how to apply there.
You leave with a map of 10 sources matched to your skill.
How to tell a well-paying buyer who can hire from Nigeria from a dead end, before you spend a day applying.
You leave with 30 qualified targets in a tracker, each with the reason it made the list.
How to find new roles every day before they reach the crowded boards, and how to tailor an application in under an hour without starting from zero.
You leave with a daily search routine and 10 tailored applications.
How to find the people who decide at a company and reach them directly, using free methods.
You leave with named contacts at five target companies.
How to write one pitch built so yes is the easy answer, point it at a real gap in the buyer's business, and adapt it to email, LinkedIn, X, an Upwork proposal or an application question.
You leave with five real pitches sent on three channels and logged in your tracker.
How to run a first call, answer the "why Nigeria" and time zone questions calmly and truthfully, and set and defend a dollar rate.
You leave with a rate card and a recorded practice call.
How to read a contract for pay terms, scope and termination, how to invoice, and the main ways to receive dollars in Nigeria with what each one costs.
You leave with a contract checklist and a payment route chosen for your situation.
A weekly plan that turns modules 2 to 7 into a habit, with your own targets for contacts found, pitches sent, calls booked and work closed.
You leave with a written 30-day plan you can bring to a live session for review.
The full list of sources sits in a document you can open any time, not only inside the videos. Sources change, so I update it every quarter and you get the updates for 12 months after you buy.
Every two weeks I run a live session for everyone in the course. I take pitches and plans from the group apart line by line, so the whole room sees what a buyer sees. Each session runs for at least an hour. The sessions run for 3 months after the course opens.
After Module 6, bring your pitch. After Module 9, bring your 30-day plan, and I show you where it is likely to stall. I review as many as each session allows, and every pitch reviewed on the call teaches you something about your own.
A private group with everyone in the course. Ask questions, share your pitches and see what other members in your skill are sending.
You have probably seen the guides. A PDF with a list of job sites, a few CV tips and a promise. You read it, apply on the same sites as everyone else who bought it, and end up back in the same queue.
The Blueprint is a program. You get nine modules with assignments, a Source Map that is updated every quarter, four bonus systems, a community and live group sessions every two weeks where I look at members' real pitches and plans.
It also comes from work I still do. The sources, the way past the portal and the pitch are the systems I run every week for my own work and for my businesses. When a source stops working, it comes out of the Source Map at the next quarterly update.
And it treats you as someone with a skill. It does not spend three modules polishing your LinkedIn profile. Positioning gets one short module. Finding and winning the buyer is the rest of the course.

I am a product marketing and go-to-market operator. Since 2018 I have worked with business software companies in Africa, North America and Europe, and I have contributed to over $10 million in qualified pipeline across more than 15 product launches. In plain terms, I help companies find buyers and win them.
I went from Sales Manager to Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Cecure Intelligence Limited in under a year, then led growth and marketing at Bujeti. After that I worked on remote dollar contracts from Nigeria for over two years.
I found and won that work with the systems in this course, and I still run them every week, for my own work and for Marketing In Action (MIA), the company I founded to teach marketers and business owners.
I was one of five winners of the Growth Catalyst Award at the Africa Revenue Makers Awards (ARMA) 2026, and Africa Product Marketing Pioneers (APMP) named me one of Africa's Top 20 Marketing Leaders for 2025. Cleva (Y Combinator W24) listed me among its Top 10 People to Follow in Marketing for 2026, and my work has been featured in TechCabal, BusinessDay, Vanguard, Condia and Africa Fintech Summit.

Ayeni wanted to leave an agency job. He put my job positioning guide at the top of his own checklist, and this is what he sent me after his second offer.
I'm sure you saw the first thing on the list was your job positioning guide.. 🥺

Guides on this topic sell for ₦3,000 to ₦20,000 on Selar. Live cohorts on the same problem sell for close to ₦98,000. The Blueprint sits between them: a full program with live feedback, at the price of a guide.
Now do the maths with your own numbers. Think about what one month of your work earns from a naira client. Then think about what a small company in Toronto or Manchester pays for the same month of work. The difference is what this course is trying to help you reach.
About the price: ₦20,000 is the launch price. It holds until the first 100 sales. After that I review it, and if it goes up, the new price is announced on this page before it changes. There is no countdown and no fake deadline.
I will not promise you a job, a client or a reply. Nobody honest can. Those depend on your skill, your market and the buyer on the other side.
I promise you my time on your pitches. Bring them to the live sessions or post them in the review thread in the community, and I keep reviewing them, round after round, until you have sent 20 pitches logged in your tracker. You post a pitch, I review it, you fix it and send it. Then the next one. Everyone in the group sees the fixes, so every review helps more than one person.
The condition is plain. The pitches count once they are sent to real buyers and logged in the course tracker. When your tracker shows 20 sent pitches, the guarantee is complete.
This is a pre-sale. The course is planned module by module, but the videos are not recorded yet. I start recording once the first 5 people have paid.
You get access to the course on 10 December 2026. When you pay, Selar sends you a receipt, and you get an email from us with your access details and the community link when access opens.
Buying now gets you the launch price and a place in the first live sessions when access opens.
Close this page. Apply on the same boards next week. Wait for the same "received" email. Watch your mates post their foreign roles.
Get the Blueprint. Learn where to look, who to reach and what to send. Send your first real pitch to a person who can say yes, and keep sending until your tracker shows 20, with me reviewing them.
