How much you need depends on your product, price, and margin. The simple calculation: start with your margin per sale (selling price minus fulfillment cost), set a Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) target at 25% to 40% of that margin, then work backwards from your customer goal.

For example, if you sell at ₦20,000 with a ₦12,000 margin, your CPA target is around ₦4,000. To bring in 25 new customers in a month, you need ₦100,000 in ad spend, which generates ₦500,000 in revenue and around ₦200,000 in net profit after fulfillment and ad spend.

We map your exact numbers on your first strategy call. Most businesses start with ₦100,000 to ₦300,000 per month in ad spend, scaling once we see what's working. Other focus areas like email, SEO, or automation may have their own tool costs separate from the consulting fee. We never push you to spend more than makes sense for your current revenue and margins.

You can start at one month (₦150,000). We offer discounted rates for 3-month (₦135,000/month) and 6-month (₦120,000/month) commitments. Most clients see the clearest results by Month 3, which is also the minimum engagement length required for the money-back guarantee to apply. You are welcome to start month-to-month and upgrade later, but the refund clause only applies once you have completed up to three months of engagement.

The current rate (₦150,000/month, ₦135,000/month on a 3-month commitment, ₦120,000/month on a 6-month commitment) is an early-bird price while we build case studies with the first cohort of business owners.

The price increases by ₦50,000 every three months for new clients. Whatever rate you book at is locked for the length of your committed term, even when we raise prices for new clients during that period. A 3-month or 6-month commitment locks your rate in for longer.

Renewals after your committed term are billed at whatever the current rate is at the time of renewal. The earlier you book, and the longer you commit, the more you save.

At the end of your engagement, you receive a complete playbook documenting everything we built across the focus areas chosen during your engagement: winning campaigns, top audiences, ad copy, email sequences, SEO content, automation flows, optimized pages, and any other systems we set up. This playbook is yours to keep, whether you continue with us or not. You can hand it to an internal team member, a new marketer, or continue managing the work yourself. Nothing we build disappears when you leave.
