Done-for-you paid acquisition for service businesses, ecommerce brands, and online creators. We find what's broken in your funnel, fix it, and run the system that brings qualified leads in every week.
No sales pressure. If we're not a fit, I'll tell you and point you to the right resource.
Trusted by 30+ brands and businesses across North America and Europe.
If you also need branding, web design, or general marketing help on the side, we can still talk. We'll bring it in via partners or AI-assisted execution. Not a disqualifier.
Most businesses that try paid ads don't fail because ads don't work. They fail because the system around the ads doesn't work. The funnel leaks before the ad ever has a chance to convert.
If any of that sounds familiar, it's not because you're doing something wrong. It's because paid acquisition isn't an ad-account problem. It's a system problem.
We get on a call. You tell me where you are, what's working, what isn't, and where you want to get to. I tell you honestly whether I can help. If I can't, I'll point you to who can. If I can, we move to the next step.
I go into your ad accounts, landing pages, lead capture, follow-up, and tracking. I write up everything that's broken, everything that's leaking, and everything that's working. You get a full audit document, a Loom walkthrough, and a 90-day plan with the top five fixes prioritized by impact.
Take the audit and run with it yourself, hand it to someone else to implement, or hire me to execute. Your call.
If we work together on execution, we go into a retainer. I run your paid acquisition, build and test creative, optimize your funnel, set up the follow-up, and ship weekly reports. You focus on closing the leads I bring in.
Starter ($500/mo) is single-channel. Growth ($1K/mo) is multi-channel + full funnel + email nurture.
The audit always comes first. It's the only way I know if I can actually help you, and it's the only way you know if I'm worth working with.
The exact operating system I run with clients. Eleven sections, every major paid channel, working checklists, calculators, and copy-ready templates. Public version below.

Active D2C advisor at JegzFits Leatherworks since 2021. Continuous, not a one-off project.
Every $1 in ad spend currently returns $6 in revenue, week over week, on Meta + TikTok.
MIA Academy runs its own acquisition across every major paid channel, every week, with multiple offers in market. Same operator hands.
Beyond JegzFits, I've run paid acquisition on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads for SaaS and services clients including Cecure Intelligence Limited (US/global cybersecurity SaaS), FunnelEnvy (US CRO + demand gen agency), Hank Robotics, and several others on my full client list. Across D2C, B2B SaaS, and services, the channel mix changes but the system doesn't: tight targeting, fast creative iteration, ruthless tracking, follow-up that actually follows up.
"My business is successful today because I've had James as a partner over the years. Year on year revenue has been growing consistently."
— Grace Jegede, Founder, JegzFits Leatherworks (5-year D2C client)
I've been doing paid acquisition since 2018. I've spent my own money on ads. I've spent other people's money on ads. I've made every mistake in the playbook so you don't have to. I'm not the cheapest operator you'll find, and I'm not the biggest agency you'll talk to. I'm the one who'll actually do the work, tell you the truth, and ship results you can measure.
No. If you're running ads, the audit will show you what's leaking. If you're not, the audit will show you what to set up first so you don't waste money the moment you start. Same $500 either way.
Small budgets work. You can run $5 to $20 a day to start testing creative, validating your offer with cold traffic, and gathering the data we need to make decisions. The retainer fee covers the system around the ads, the funnel, the creative, the follow-up, the tracking, not the ad spend itself. We scale spend deliberately once we see what's working. Even at $5 a day on Meta, you can ship a real campaign and learn fast.
No. Anyone who does is lying. Paid acquisition has too many variables outside any operator's control. What I guarantee: real work, real reporting, real execution to the standard described in the SOW. If I can't make progress in 90 days, you'll know early enough to make a decision.
Yes. The audit is a real deliverable on its own. About a third of audit clients take the document and execute themselves. About half move into the retainer. The rest hand the audit to someone else. All three are fine outcomes.
Strategy call: 30 minutes. Audit handoff: 30 minutes. Once on retainer: a 30-minute call every two to four weeks plus 15 minutes a week to approve creative and answer Slack messages. Less than an hour a week in total. You're not running this. I am.
Honest timeline: months 1 and 2 are learning. We're testing creative, building audience data, and finding what converts in your account. Performance is uneven by design. Month 3 is stabilization, CPL and ROAS start trending toward target. Months 4+ are optimization, steady improvement. If we're not making real progress by the end of the 3-month minimum, you'll know early enough to make a decision. Anyone telling you they'll get you results in week one is lying or selling you a one-week spike that won't repeat.
Book the strategy call. 30 minutes, no pressure, no sales pitch. If we're a fit, you leave with a clear next step. If we're not, you leave with the right referral. Worst case, you spend 30 minutes and learn something useful.
