We bring home care agencies 10 or more qualified consultations a month with families ready to arrange care for a parent, screened so you only talk to the serious ones, never the just-looking. You only pay for the qualified consultations we deliver. And the families are exclusively yours, never shared with a dozen other agencies the way the lead sites do.
A few quick questions first. I only work with a limited number of home care agencies, so not every business qualifies.
Limited spots. One home care agency per area. Every application is reviewed.
Your families come from referrals, a directory listing, and word of mouth from a hospital or a past client. The lead sites you pay sell that same family to a dozen other agencies, so it turns into a race to call first. Some months you're full, others go quiet. And when a family does reach out, you've got no quick way to tell the ones ready to arrange care now from the ones just gathering information for someday. So you spend hours with everyone, and the families who actually needed care this week get tired of waiting and call another agency.
Meanwhile the agencies with a real system fill their calendars every single month. The fix isn't another referral source or a nicer website. It's a system that brings you families ready to move forward, screens out the just-looking, and puts only the good ones on your calendar. That's what I build, and then run for you.
We get on a call. You tell me where your clients come from now and where you want to be. This is an application, not a sales pitch. If you're not a fit, I'll tell you, and I won't waste your time.
If we're a fit, I build the system that books your consultations: the ads, the landing page, the offer, and the screening that filters out the just-looking. If you already have a good website and brand, we leave it alone. I add the paid engine you're missing and run it for you.
You only pay for the qualified consultations I deliver. Right now I'm taking on a few home care agencies to build more case studies, so you get my lowest rate for doing this together early. If I don't deliver, you don't pay.
The promise: the guaranteed number in the calculator, in qualified in-home care consultations, in 30 days, or you don't pay my fee. That number scales with your ad budget, not a flat guarantee that doesn't move. I take on a limited number of agencies, and only one per area, so it stays exclusive. Every application is reviewed, and not everyone qualifies.
See if your area is still open.
Check if you qualify →Four parts working together, so only families ready to move forward land on your calendar, every month, not just when a referral happens to come in.
The piece most agencies miss is the screening. Before a family ever reaches you, we check that they're the decision-maker, the need is real and near-term, and they can pay. The just-looking, the no-budget-yet, and the not-for-a-year never hit your calendar, so every consultation is a family worth your time.
And the families we bring you are exclusively yours. Not resold to a dozen other agencies the way the lead sites do, so nobody else is calling them. The family you talk to is a family only you are talking to.
You're not handed to a junior or an offshore team. I build the ads, the page, and the follow-up, and I run them on your account.
I only get paid for the qualified consultations you get. If I don't deliver, I don't earn. Most agencies can't say that.
Booked consultation appointments. Families in your area who are the decision-maker, have a real and near-term need for care, can pay, and have already agreed to a time to talk with you. Real appointments on your calendar, not a list of phone numbers to chase or people who are only gathering information.
No. Every family we bring you is exclusively yours. The lead sites and directories you pay sell the same family to a dozen agencies at once, so you're all racing to call first and the family goes with whoever answers fastest. I don't do that. I run your ads and your funnel, and the families that come through are yours alone. Nobody else is calling them.
No. The ads are only the first step. Around them I build the part that actually turns interest into a booked consultation: the message that gets families to reach out, the page they land on, and the screening that puts only the ready ones on your calendar. Running ads without all that is why most agencies waste money.
That's the usual story, and it's almost never the ad itself. Boosting a post sends people nowhere. No offer, no page to send them to, and nothing sorting the ready families from the ones just looking. I build all of that, and that's what turns the money into booked consultations.
Two separate things, and I keep them clear. The ad money goes straight to the platform to show your ads. It's yours, and it never comes to me. My fee is separate, and you only pay it for the qualified consultations I actually deliver. Right now you also get my lowest rate while I build more case studies. We go through the exact numbers together on the call.
Then you don't pay for them. You only pay for consultations that meet the bar we set: a family decision-maker in your area, with a real and near-term need, able to pay, booked on your calendar. The just-looking and the no-budget-yet don't count toward your number, and they don't cost you.
You'll see the first responses within days of going live. Booked consultations usually start landing in the first couple of weeks. The first month is where we find which message and which families work best for you, so it starts steady and builds. Anyone promising a flood in week one is selling you a spike that won't last.
No. If you already have a good website and brand, we leave it alone. What most agencies are missing isn't a website, it's a paid engine that brings in families every month on purpose. That's the part I add and run for you, alongside everything you already have.
Very little. I run the whole thing. You do the consultations and the care I bring you, and we check in every couple of weeks so you can tell me what's converting and what isn't. The day-to-day is on me.
Good, and keep them. The trouble with referrals is they dry up in the slow months, right when you have caregivers to keep busy. This gives you a steady flow you can turn up whenever you want more clients, with referrals still coming in on top.
You keep your leads and your results, always. I run the ads on your account and the system on my side while we work together, and every family and every bit of data we gather is yours. You're never locked in, and you never lose what we built.
I work with a limited number of home care agencies, one per area, and every application is reviewed. If yours is still open and you're a fit, you leave the call with a clear plan. If not, you'll still know exactly what's costing you clients.
