For roofing contractors

More booked roof estimates, every month.

We bring roofing contractors 10 or more qualified roof-estimate appointments a month, screened so you only quote real homeowners, never price-shoppers comparing five bids off Angi. You only pay when we deliver.

Limited spots. One roofing contractor per service area. Every application is reviewed.

A few quick questions first. I only work with a limited number of roofing contractors, so not every business qualifies.

Step 1 of 3

Please answer every question to continue.

Right now, your booked jobs aren't in your hands.

Your estimates come from Angi leads shared with four other roofers, storm-chasing door knocks, and whoever finds you on Google. Some months you're buried in leads, others go quiet, and you're paying for the same shared lead your competitor down the street is also chasing.

Meanwhile the contractors with a real system are booking real estimates every single month, on leads that are exclusively theirs. The fix isn't paying Angi more. It's a system that brings you homeowners who are actually ready to replace their roof, screens out the shared-lead tire-kickers, and puts only the good ones on your calendar. That's what I build, and then run for you.

Here's how this works, and what it could mean for you.

30 minutes

Free Strategy Call

We get on a call. You tell me where your jobs come from now and where you want to be. This is an application, not a sales pitch. If you're not a fit, I'll tell you, and I won't waste your time.

2

done for you

I build it, then run it

If we're a fit, I build the system that books your roof estimate appointments: the ads, the landing page, the offer, and the screening that filters out the time-wasters. Then I run it for you, while you focus on the jobs I bring you.

3

early-client rate

You pay on results

You only pay when I deliver qualified roof estimate appointments. Right now I'm taking on a few roofing contractors to build more case studies, so you get my lowest rate for doing this together early. If I don't deliver, you don't pay.

The promise: the guaranteed number in the calculator, in qualified roof-estimate appointments, in 30 days, or you don't pay my fee. That number scales with your ad budget, not a flat guarantee that doesn't move. I take on a limited number of roofing contractors, and only one per service area, so it stays exclusive. Every application is reviewed, and not everyone qualifies.

The system I install.

Four parts working together, so only qualified leads land on your calendar, every month, not just when business is hot.

1Bring in Customers
2Qualify & Screen
3Book the Good Ones
4Repeat & Referrals

The piece most roofers miss is the screening. Before a homeowner ever reaches you, we check they own the home, have a real reason to replace (age, damage, or a recent storm), and are ready to book. The shared-lead shoppers and tire-kickers never hit your calendar, so every estimate is a homeowner worth quoting.

Why you can trust me with this

$10M+ in qualified sales pipeline driven. That's the track record I'm bringing to roofing contractors.

I run everything myself

You're not handed to a junior or an offshore team. I build the ads, the page, and the follow-up, and I run them on your account.

You pay on results

I only get paid when you get booked estimates. If I don't deliver, I don't earn. Most agencies can't say that.

Common questions.

1. What do I actually get?

Booked roof-estimate appointments. Homeowners in your area who own their home, have a real reason to replace their roof, and have already agreed to a time for you to come out and quote the job. Real appointments on your calendar, exclusively yours, not a shared Angi lead.

2. Is this just running ads?

No. The ads are only the first step. Around them I build the part that actually turns interest into a booked job: the message that gets homeowners to reach out, the page they land on, and the screening that puts only the serious buyers on your calendar. Running ads without all that is why most contractors waste money.

3. I've tried Facebook ads before and they didn't work.

That's the usual story, and it's almost never the ad itself. Hitting boost on a post sends people nowhere. No offer, no page to send them to, and nothing sorting the serious buyers from the merely curious. I build all of that, and that's what turns the money into real jobs.

4. What does it cost me? Do I pay for the ads too?

Two separate things, and I keep them clear. The ad money goes straight to Facebook to show your ads. It's yours, and it never comes to me. My fee is separate, and you only pay it when I actually deliver booked estimates. No estimates, no fee. Right now you also get my lowest rate while I build more case studies. We go through the exact numbers together on the call.

5. What if the leads are no good?

Then you don't pay for them. You only pay for estimates that meet the bar we set: a homeowner in your area, who owns the home, has a real need, and is booked on your calendar. Wrong-fit people and tire-kickers don't count toward your number, and they don't cost you.

6. How fast will I see estimates?

You'll see the first responses within days of going live. Booked estimates usually start landing in the first couple of weeks. The first month is where we find which message and which homeowners work best for you, so it starts steady and builds. Anyone promising a flood in week one is selling you a spike that won't last.

7. I'm not a computer person. Do I need a website?

No website needed, and you don't have to be techy at all. I handle every technical part: the ads, the pages, the setup, all of it. Your only job is to show up to the estimates I book and do what you already do best.

8. How much of my time does this take?

Very little. I run the whole thing. You do the installs I bring you, and we check in every couple of weeks so you can tell me what's closing and what isn't. The day-to-day is on me.

9. I already get enough work from referrals.

Good, and keep them. The trouble with referrals is they dry up in the slow months, right when you need the work. This gives you a steady flow you can turn up whenever you want more installs, with referrals still coming in on top.

10. If we stop working together, who keeps everything?

You do. I build everything on your own accounts, so the ads, the results, and all the information stay with you. You're never locked in, and you never lose what we built.

Is your area still open?

I work with a limited number of roofing contractors, one per service area, and every application is reviewed. If yours is still open and you're a fit, you leave the call with a clear plan. If not, you'll still know exactly what's costing you jobs.
