Marketing In Action provides:

  • MIA Newsletter: Free marketing insights delivered via email.
  • MIA Academy: Paid educational programs and courses on marketing execution.
  • MIA Resources: Marketing templates, frameworks, and tools.
  • MIA Jobs: Job listings and career opportunities in marketing.
  • MIA Consulting: Professional marketing consulting services.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. MIA Academy Terms

Enrollment and Access

  • Access to paid courses is granted upon successful payment.
  • Course access duration is specified at the time of purchase.
  • Accounts are for individual use only and may not be shared.

Refund Policy

  • Online Marketing Mentorship: Pick any one of the five workshops. Implement it fully for 30 days. If you do not see results, request a full refund. You keep all materials.
  • Product & Growth Marketing Bootcamp: Complete the first 3 modules. If you are not satisfied with the quality, request a full refund.
  • Individual courses and digital products: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are provided at our discretion based on course progress.
  • All refund requests should be sent to info@marketinginaction.xyz.

5. MIA Consulting Terms

  • Consulting engagements are governed by separate service agreements.
  • Deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are specified in individual contracts.
  • Confidentiality obligations apply to both parties.

6. Affiliate Program Terms

  • MIA Academy offers a referral program with a 40% commission on qualifying product sales.
  • Commissions are earned when a referred customer completes a purchase through your unique referral link.
  • The affiliate program does not apply to consulting services.
  • Marketing In Action reserves the right to modify commission rates, pause, or terminate the affiliate program at any time.
  • Affiliates must not use misleading claims, spam, or deceptive practices to promote MIA products.

7. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on the Marketing In Action website, including text, graphics, logos, templates, course materials, and software, is the property of Marketing In Action and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Use

  • You may use our templates and resources for your personal or business use.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of our materials.
  • Attribution is appreciated but not required for templates used in your work.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Share account access with unauthorized users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Distribute malware or harmful code
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Scrape or collect data without permission

9. Payment Terms

  • Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise specified.
  • Payment is processed securely through Selar and Paystack. Bank transfer, card payment, and USSD are accepted.
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
  • Consulting retainer services will auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Specific results from using our courses or resources
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Accuracy of all information provided

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marketing In Action shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Marketing In Action from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
